Puffin Browser is a web browser released by CloudMosa for mobile operating systems like a Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems. It uses a split architecture where some of the processing is performed on encrypted cloud servers to improve webpage loading performance and reduce bandwidth use. As a result of the pages being processed on cloud servers, the IP address reflects the cloud server's IP address and some websites might detect the browser to be a proxy server. For instance, users cannot edit Wikipedia using Puffin because Wikipedia detects Puffin to be a proxy server.
Puffin comes with Adobe Flash Player to play flash content. It also comes with virtual trackpad, gamepad, and on screen keyboard functions. It was released sometime before October 2013.
Puffin Browser also have a Lite version for iOS.
